Returns & Exchange Policy

Change of Mind Requirements

We understand returning an item can be disappointing, so we’ve made it easy. If you’ve changed your mind, We get it - sometimes things just don’t work out. If you’ve had a change of heart, no stress! You can return your item for a refund or store credit, as long as:

  • You submit your request via email shipping@soprettynails.com.au;
  • The request is made within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange, or within 7 days for a refund;
  • You can provide satisfactory proof of purchase (if requested);
  • The item is in a saleable condition (unworn, unused, with original packaging or tags, and seals unbroken);
  • The item is not an Excluded Good (see below).

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.

Excluded Goods

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for the following items (except in accordance with Australian Consumer Law):

  • Lash products
  • Press-on nails
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items

Faulty/Defective Products

If an item is faulty, wrongly described, or otherwise breaches Australian Consumer Law, we will meet our legal obligations. This may include a refund, replacement, or covering return shipping costs. To process a faulty item:

  • Submit a return via email (shipping@soprettynails.com.au)
  • Attach clear images of the damage or defect.
  • Additional information may be requested for assessment.
  • If the product is confirmed defective, you may choose a replacementrefund, or store credit.
  • We will either provide a return label or instruct you on how to dispose of the item.

Note: Replacements depend on stock availability.

Consumer Guarantees

This policy does not override your rights under Australian Consumer Law.If your item is defective:

  • You may be entitled to a refundexchangerepair, or compensation.
  • For major faults, you can choose a refund or exchange.
  • Minor faults may be repaired or replaced.
  • Misuse voids return eligibility.

We comply with all legal rights and remedies under the Consumer and Competition Act 2010 (Cth).

Amendments

We may amend this policy at any time without notice. Purchases after an amendment indicate acceptance. Always check our latest Terms and Conditions before buying.

Returns & Exchange Process

To initiate a return:

  • The item is in a saleable condition (unworn, unused, with original packaging or tags, and seals unbroken);
  • The item is not an Excluded Good
Returns Tender

Store Credit

  • Issued to your Showpo account within 48 hours of receiving returned items.
  • Valid for 12 months.
  • Non-refundable once issued.
  • Can be used at checkout on future purchases.

Refunds

  • Refunded to the original payment method.
  • Must be processed to the same cardholder and card.
  • May take up to 7 business days to reflect in your account.
