Occasionally, a selected colour may become unavailable due to high demand or stock discrepancies. If we do not receive a response within 48 hours, we reserve the right to dispatch your order using the closest available shade to avoid delays in shipping. If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to re-ship the order.
